M&A Execution Specialist, Senior Associate (Solar energy Investments) – London, UK. £75,000 - £95,000 + bonus

This is a huge opportunity to step up and take a lead role in M&A activity for one of Europe’s busiest renewable energy investors.
If you thrive on executing deals and are interested in fast track development to VP level, then this is a unique career development opportunity to work closely with a very successful M&A team.
We’re looking for a highly motivated investment professional, with solid M&A experience to assume the lead role on a very high volume of transactions representing hundreds of MWs of assets (initially secondary market projects then subsidy free). 
The role will be extremely challenging, with long working hours required to successfully complete the transaction pipeline so it’s not for the feint hearted.
About you 
You’re a top performer with several years’ post-graduate experience including a solid grounding in renewable energy M&A, preferably in large-scale solar assets.
You’re on an upward career trajectory and keen to specialize in M&A transaction execution and into a role that carries more managerial weighting .
You have a well developed understanding of the renewable energy market gained with an investment, advisory or development firm and you’ll be comfortable in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment where systems / procedures are evolving (not set in stone).
You’re a strong team player and happy sharing your knowledge and nurturing junior team members.

Renewable energy M&A experience (high quality exposure).
Highly ambitious with a dedicated work ethic.
High organized with a systematic (process driven) approach.
High degree of attention to detail.
Highly numerate with experience of financial modelling.
Confident professional approach, able to manage relationships with internal and external professionals.
High quality degree from a top University.
Fluent English.
Able to work in London – comfortable with long working hours.
Competitive base salary (in the range £75,000 - £95,000) reflecting this great development opportunity + performance bonus.
